Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to food safety protocols
- Monitor kitchen and food service workflows to optimize efficiency and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within casual dining or fine dining settings
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling expertise required
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance
- Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, team management, interviewing, and performance development
- Prior experience managing restaurant operations in hospitality or food industry settings such as hotel or catering services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of kitchen management, food production processes, and culinary techniques to ensure quality standards are met
