Job Title: Barista– Café Grounded
Location: Falmouth, MA
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Café Grounded is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista to join our team! We’re a community-focused café passionate about high-quality coffee, great service, and creating a welcoming space for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and café beverages consistently and efficiently
- Provide warm, attentive customer service and build regular customer relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Able to work weekends
