Cafe Della is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team in Hailey, ID!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the FOH team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience
- Maintain and delegate opening, mid-day, and closing duties using checklists and systems
- Monitor and support ticket flow, food running, to-go orders, and customer communication
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and restocking for coffee bar, market, and retail items
- Support special orders and catering pickups, communicating with kitchen as needed
- Manage online ordering platforms and update menu or product listings in Square
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Handle light financial admin tasks such as invoice payments and weekly cash deposits
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all FOH spaces
- Lead or support deep cleaning, seasonal resets, and general café improvements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in hospitality or food service leadership
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS and scheduling systems (Toast experience a plus)
- Enthusiasm for seasonal food, great service, and community connection

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
