House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Manage custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide housekeeping management services as required, ensuring all areas are organized and tidy.
• Assist with cooking or meal preparation if needed during cleaning visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
