Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, culinary knowledge, and sales skills will contribute to the dining experience that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly -friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables and reset for new guests
Requirements
- Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine service, and drink presentation is a plus
- Time management skills
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and managing tabs
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one; familiarity with sanitation standards in the food industry
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Bring your common sense and great attitude
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
