Responsibilities
- Prepare high quality food items to order
- Follow recipes, measure ingredients and maintain presentation standards
- Understand cooking steak temperatures
- Meat seasoning, searing, cooking, grilling - how to work it and when to flip
- Ensure proper food safety, knowledge of temperatures & sanitation guidelines
- Maintain positive and professional attitude with coworkers & customers
- Be a true team player
Skills
- Able to use cutting tools quickly & safely
- Follow instructions - both verbally & written
- Be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Catering &/or baking experience a plus
