This position requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of both craft beer and coffee. The Beertender/Barista will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to customers, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including craft beers, coffee drinks, and other refreshments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
- Accurately prepare and serve a wide range of craft beers and wine, including knowledge of different styles, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and specialty brews.
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, including teas, juices, and sodas.
- Customer Service:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all customers.
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Bar/Cafe Maintenance:Inventory Management:Cash Handling:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stock and replenish bar supplies.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and glassware.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control for beer, coffee, and other bar supplies.
- Monitor stock levels to report back to management.
- Accurately process customer payments and operate the Toast system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions.Qualifications:
Experience:
- Prior experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing techniques, and tasting notes.
- Experience with espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
