We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to help manage our family owned Ice Cream Shop! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Preparing, organizing, sanitizing, workstation
• Take customer orders, scoop and craft ice cream and maintain portion control,
• Uphold quality standards and consistency
• Assistant in inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste
• Operate POS system (Square System) for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Assist in training new staff members on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a skilled team
• Supervise food production, kitchen management, and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Assist in scheduling staff
• Supervising Staff
