- Clean, prepare and mask PCBs per work instructions (connectors, keep-outs, test points).
- Apply brush coatings to meet target dry film thickness.
- Mix/label/track materials per SDS; manage cure (oven/ambient/UV) and record data.
- Inspect under UV/magnification for coverage, bubbles, bridging, FOD; perform rework as needed.
- Maintain 6S/housekeeping; follow chemical handling, PPE, and ESD controls.
Steady hands and sharp eyes for small-component precision.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Commitment to safety and quality in ESD-controlled production areas with PPE.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills; careful, detail-focused work.
- Able to read simple work instructions and complete basic computer/record entries.
- Stand for most of shift; lift 5-15 lbs occasionally; wear PPE (gloves, glasses; respirator as required).
- Visual acuity for close work; comfortable using UV light; normal color vision helpful.
- This role involves access to controlled technology and materials; applicants must be a U.S. Person under U.S. export laws (or eligible for government export license)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- 2 years' of experience as an electronic assembler
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, and Mil-Spec standards
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contract manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
- Effective communicator; comfortable working both independently and on a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and deadlines
Hourly Range: Assembler I: $17.50 - $23.07; (Lansdale, PA). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
