Retail Brand Account Trainee

Job Summary

The Retail Brand Account Trainee is an entry-level position designed to develop fundamental skills in direct sales, customer relations, and account management. Trainees will participate in a structured program to learn how to effectively represent our partner's products, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. Successful candidates will be coached and mentored by senior team members with a clear path for advancement into a full Brand Account Representative role.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering product knowledge, sales strategies, and brand representation standards.
• Assist senior team members with direct-to-consumer outreach and brand promotion in a retail environment.
• Learn how to manage a portfolio of brand accounts and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop skills in presenting product information, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales.
• Achieve key performance metrics and learning objectives as outlined in the training program.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Contribute to team goals by providing exceptional service and a positive brand experience for every customer.

Qualifications:

• No previous sales or retail experience is required; we provide all necessary training and support.
• A strong desire to learn and build a long-term career in sales and brand management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A professional, goal-oriented attitude with a high level of motivation and drive.
• Must be coachable, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
