Brand Sales Associate

Job Description:

Caelis is seeking a dynamic and personable Brand Sales Associate to be the face of the Primo brand across our partner retail locations in the Taylors area. This is a full-time, employee position with a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission. You will be responsible for representing our brand's values and driving sales through face to face customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a high-quality customer experience that reflects our company's values.
• Proactively engage with customers in a retail environment to generate sales and educate them on Primo products and services.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Maintain an organized and professional presentation of our brand's retail space or event booth.
• Provide feedback to management on customer reactions, product performance, and sales opportunities.

Compensation Structure:

• This position includes a guaranteed base salary plus a performance-based commission.
• The salary range listed represents the total potential earnings (base average commission).

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
