As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee student profile management operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves a combination of data analysis, quality control, and team leadership. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who is comfortable working cross functionally with multiple vendors and departments to accomplish our goals.

Job Summary
As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee student profile management operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves a combination of data analysis, quality control, and team leadership. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who is comfortable working cross functionally with multiple vendors and departments to accomplish our goals.
Responsibilities
- Understand, adhere to, track and report on, internal and external KPIs to ensure company goals are being met
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure timely job completion and task management
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards for the data accuracy team
- Resolve data related issues and inquiries in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and increase efficiency
- Assist in the day-to-day details of Production Dept. employee management (scheduling, team dynamics, documentation, training, etc.)
- Assist in departmental recruiting and hiring
- Perform work in multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Communicate effectively across departments and external vendors
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to learn and understand CADY product lines
- Willing to work a fluctuating schedule based on company needs
- Able to work individually, but also in a team environment
- Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to details
- Return a satisfactory background check
- Associate’s degree or one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
- Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
