Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within our Production Department. In this pivotal role, you will ensure production timelines are met, quality standards are upheld, and our service consistently exceeds expectations. You’ll bring leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to life in everything you do. Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Production Department team.
- Track, report on, and ensure alignment with internal and external KPIs to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staffing functions including scheduling, coaching, team dynamics, documentation, and training.
- Proactively participate in departmental recruiting and hiring to build a strong, reliable team.
- Uphold and model CADY’s quality standards, emphasizing our commitment to detail and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, Photo Operations, Marketing, Technology, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience for seniors and their families.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Utilize multiple software platforms to manage workflow, track performance, and support team productivity.

- Proven leadership experience in a production, operations, or logistics environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication across departments and with external partners
- Flexible split shift hours with weekend availability. (Wed-Sun Schedule)
- A strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfort working in and learning new systems and tools

Qualifications/Skill Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required with 2-5 years of managerial experience preferred
- Amazing communication skills with strong emphasis on internal and external customer satisfaction
- Must be comfortable regularly working in an office setting
- Must be able to learn our types of events and product lines
- Must be able to lift products and supplies (up to 20lbs)
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
- Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
