Cadillac of Mahwah is looking for two full-time team members to join our sales/service department!
Position Overview:
As a Service Drive Greeter / Lot & Loaner Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position combines customer interaction with hands-on lot organization and support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles
- Assist customers receiving courtesy loaner vehicles
- Organize and maintain the service lot
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Perform shop support duties
- Help with lot clean-up during slower periods

- Ability to stand and be active for extended periods
- Team player who can follow directions effectively
- Prepared to work in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- Valid and clean New Jersey driver’s license
- Availability to work Saturdays (required)
