Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct inventory control to manage available rental units
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative duties to support the rental process
- Maintain a clean and organized rental office environment
- Strong Ability to work administratively
- Check in and check-out vehicles in our loaner fleet
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills to manage rental schedules and paperwork
- Experience preferred with inventory control practices
- Accurate data entry abilities for maintaining records
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Administrative skills for office tasks support
