Job Summary:
Cadillac XBC is looking for a reliable Bowling Alley Pinchaser (Mechanic) to help keep our lanes running smoothly and our facility clean and safe. This position monitors bowling lanes, responds to pin jams or equipment issues, and helps troubleshoot problems as they occur. No prior bowling mechanic experience is required—we will train the right person.
This role also assists with light maintenance and general cleaning tasks throughout the building. The ideal candidate has good vision, patience, and the ability to stay calm while solving problems in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Responsibilities:

Monitor bowling lanes and respond to pinsetter or ball return issues

Clear pin jams and assist with basic troubleshooting

Perform light maintenance tasks as needed

Collect trash and assist with general facility cleanliness

Communicate lane issues with front desk staff and management

Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Reliable transportation required

Good eyesight and attention to detail

Patient and able to troubleshoot problems quickly

Mechanical aptitude helpful but not required (training provided)
