What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garage Door Installer / Technician position at Cadillac Garage Door & Seamless Gutters?
We are seeking hard working individuals with strong mechanical skills and the ability for electrical troubleshooting to join our team. Our team focuses on customer satisfaction, which means team members must have a timely attendance, a team spirited attitude and attention for detail.
Individuals will be working in the field installing and servicing both residential and commercial garage door and electrical operators. Other duties under this position are, but not limited to, taking measurements and assessing the needs of the customer of door sizes, materials and other features. At Grand Traverse Garage Door you'll receive on the job training with all the necessary tools you need so that you can be up and running quickly with a company vehicle and a stream of customers. Regularly performed job duties are often under extreme conditions of Summer heat and Winter cold.
Qualifications
~Valid Drivers License and clean driving record is required
~Good at working with your hands; highly technical savvy
~Ensure company provided vehicle is kept neat, clean and organized
~Heavy lifting & working with heights is required
~Ability to push, kneel, crouch and climb ladders.
