What Makes You Our Program Pro:
- Required: EEC Lead Teacher Certification in infant, toddler and preschool programs.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a preschool classroom.
- At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others.
- Schedule flexibility to work any shift needed between 7am - 6pm.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.

- Mentor teachers with hands-on assessments, trainings, and onboarding to help them shine.
