What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Behavior Support Provider position at Cadence Care Network?
Behavior Support Providers will provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents primarily in the school setting.
- This provider may be responsible for developing and implementing a service plan to address symptoms, behaviors, emotions and assist in eliminating barriers in personal and educational environments.
- This provider will also coordinate and conduct activities that increase a client’s capacity to positively impact their environment.
- This provider will assist with behavior deescalation and crisis management.
- This provider may also work in the home with families on an as needed basis.
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Behavior modification training.
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and/or with developmental disabilities.
