Cadence Care Network has a new opportunity to join our MST team as an MST Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee the provision of comprehensive mental health services required of the MST Program at Cadence Care Network. These services include the integration of case management, Mental Health Assessment, Mental Health Crisis Response, Behavioral Health Counseling and Therapy, and Social Services. The supervisor will supervise MST staff members and facilitate weekly group supervision for the MST team as well as regular individual supervision as needed. The MST Supervisor supervises the MST staff that serve Portage and Trumbull counties.

Qualifications:
- master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy with a supervision designation.
- current licensure by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a LISWS or LPCCS.
- ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of clients served, i.e. nontraditional schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
