Caddo Hills School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team as a Kindergarten Teacher at Caddo Hills Elementary. We are looking for an individual who is committed to building strong foundations in learning while nurturing the curiosity, confidence, and character of our youngest students.
Position: Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Caddo Hills Elementary β Norman, Arkansas
Start Date: 2026β2027 School Year
Responsibilities
Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that supports early childhood development.
Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with Arkansas Academic Standards.
Support students in developing foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.
Use data to inform instruction and support student growth.
Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Collaborate with grade-level and school teams to support student success.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and guardians.
Support the mission and culture of Caddo Hills Schools.
Qualifications
Valid Arkansas teaching license in Early Childhood Education (Pβ4) or ability to obtain licensure.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for early learners.
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to fostering a positive school culture focused on student success.
Experience with early literacy and foundational skill development preferred.
