We're hiring an Assistant Golf Caddie Manager at a Liberty National Golf Course in Jersey City, NJ.
The ideal Assistant Manager is a proven leader who can effectively facilitate a world-class caddie program. As an Assistant Golf Caddie Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the demand for caddies at the golf course on a daily basis.
The Assistant Golf Caddie Manager is the contact point for all Caddies, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations. Your boss is only a phone call away but never around, so you do need to be a highly responsible person. We can train the skills you need. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example.
Assistant Golf Caddie Manager Education and Experience Requirements
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in the company of people of all walks of life.
- Believer in putting other people first.
- Able to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Able to relocate two times per year.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- You don’t need to be Spieth or Johnson, but a love for the game of golf goes without saying.

Salary : $37,300 - $47,200
