- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Process employee paperwork including new hire documents, terminations, and status changes
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Help coordinate employee training, and engagement activities
- Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed
- Support other administrative duties within the HR department
Qualifications of the Human Resources Administrator:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years' of HR or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
