What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Pool Contractor (Subcontract) – Phoenix Valley position at Cactus pro pool solutions?
Cactus Pro Pool Solutions connects Phoenix Valley homeowners who want a new pool with licensed Arizona pool contractors. We handle the marketing, follow-up and scheduling. You handle the estimate visit, the bid and the build.
This is an independent subcontract role, not employment. You contract directly with the homeowner under your own Arizona ROC license.
What you'll do:
- Visit homeowners who booked a free in-person pool estimate
- Walk the backyard with them and take photos and measurements in our app
- Submit an itemized bid in the app within a day of the visit
- Build the pools the homeowners sign, to your normal standard and warranty
What we provide:
- Homeowner leads from our ads, followed up and booked for you
- Our app for your schedule, bids and job notes
- An online proposal and e-signature for the homeowner
- You pay a marketing fee only on jobs that sign. We'll go over the exact terms on a call.
Requirements:
- Active Arizona ROC license that covers residential swimming pool construction
- General liability insurance, plus workers' comp or a valid exemption
- W-9
- Smartphone, reliable transportation, and prompt communication
