About the Role
We're a fast-moving apparel manufacturer looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Print Strike Off Specialist to own the quality and accuracy of printed artwork from factory submission through final approval. If you live for catching a color shift, know your Pantone references cold, and understand what it takes to move product through a production calendar, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
- Review factory strike offs against approved artwork files, checking color accuracy, placement, scale, repeat, and orientation
- Compare digital files and Pantone references; provide clear, actionable feedback to factories on revisions or approvals
- Manage strike off submissions to customers and licensors, following their specific approval processes
- Track and maintain organized records of all submissions, approvals, and revision rounds
- Partner with design, product development, and production teams to hit approval deadlines
- Flag print execution issues early and come prepared with solutions
What You Bring
- Solid background in apparel, garment, or textile production — especially in artwork, printing, or product development
- A strong eye for color, detail, and print quality across techniques including screen, rotary, and sublimation
- Working knowledge of Pantone and other color matching systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
- Experience working with licensors a plus
- Organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
Experience: 7 years preferred; open to strong candidates with relevant experience
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
