Sample Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in City of Industry, California. This position plays a vital role in supporting our administrative operations within the retail industry. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the check-in process for incoming samples, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Manage sample orders and maintain an organized inventory system.
• Track campaigns and coordinate the collection of related samples.
• Monitor mailers and facilitate the collection of associated samples.
• Compile and generate reports to support team operations and decision-making.
• Perform quality assurance checks on site-related tasks to maintain standards.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
• Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including data entry and receptionist duties.
• Strong ability to answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Solid organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with administrative office procedures and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
