As a Sushi Line Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, focused on crafting freshly prepared sushi and contributing to other menu items as needed, sushi‑style menu items with consistency, care, and pride. You’ll help bring our sushi offerings to life in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment, working closely with your culinary partners to deliver quality dishes that enhance the Cactus Club Cafe experience. This role is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and contribute to unforgettable guest moments.
YOU ARE:
A professional with 1–2 years as a Sushi Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant, which would be preferred but not required
Passionate about food and dedicated to producing high‑quality sushi and fresh menu items.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen with a focus on consistency and attention to detail.
Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to expand your culinary abilities.
A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports others.
Organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
