SUMMARY:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decisions across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer packaged goods (CPG), particularly within the Hispanic foods segment, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across business units.
- Analyze sales, margin, and cost trends across product categories and distribution channels.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
- Support scenario modeling and long-term strategic planning.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the food & beverage or CPG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with D365 ERP system and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Hispanic consumer trends and market dynamics is highly desirable.
