The Opportunity:
On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tier 2 IT Technician to join our team at Peterson SFB in Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Technical team member responsible for providing systems administration support services.
Responsible for maintenance and sustainment.
Responsible for installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolve software related problems
Qualifications:
Required:
Must posses Active Secret Clearance to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
High School diploma
3 years’ experience
Desired:
Active TS/SCI clearance
