What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Administrator position at CACI?
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator in Hampton, VA.
This is an immediate need to support the Distributed Ground System (DGS) operations on the Accounts Management team.
Shift:
- Our Accounts Management Team works 24/7 on four consecutive 10-hour shifts each week.
- Mid shift from 10 pm EST - 8:00 am EST Saturday night to Wednesday morning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support provisioning accounts with SailPoint identity products.
- Troubleshoot to isolate and diagnose complex account problems and determine root cause.
- Coordinate with management and client to ensure the appropriate account permissions are provisioned.
- Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues.
- Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology.
- Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
- Update and document configuration management and utilize SharePoint for record management.
- Collaborate with security and other teams for system upgrades and issues.
- Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and 2 personnel.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI.
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Security CE Certification.
- Experience in identity and access management.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Server 2019, Microsoft Windows 11, VMware, Linux.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree.
- SharePoint experience.
- SailPoint experience.
