What You’ll Do
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout the shift
- Keep floors, sinks, and work areas clean and safe
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general kitchen cleaning tasks
- Help maintain cleanliness in food prep and service areas as needed
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean equipment is always available
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with closing duties to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day
