How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens and dining areas clean and safe. Your work ensures that cooks and servers have the tools they need to provide delicious meals and excellent service, while maintaining health and sanitation standards for our guests.
A Day in the Life
You’ll start your shift by setting up dishwashing stations and checking supplies. Throughout the day, you’ll wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, while keeping dish areas organized and free of hazards. You’ll assist with kitchen cleaning duties, take out trash and recycling, and restock clean items for cooks and servers. At the end of your shift, you’ll know your work kept the operation running smoothly and guests happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Sanitation
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all items meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Kitchen & Facility Care
- Assist with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
- Take out trash and recycling as needed during and after shifts.
- Follow safe practices and report unsafe conditions.
- Guest & Team Support
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth Food & Beverage operations.
- Maintain a professional attitude toward coworkers and guests.
- Other Duties
- Perform additional related tasks as necessary.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs, and remain standing for extended periods.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
- Teamwork mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work the full winter season (mid-October through mid-May).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
