Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services, the Manager is responsible for assisting the director in planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of Women’s Services. Shares accountability for the standards and scope of nursing practice. The individual manages the flow of patients and information to expedite care, collaborating with the physicians. Demonstrates clinical competency and nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's Degree
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
  
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification
  
• NRP/STABLE within 90 days or next available class
• Minimum 2 years in a nursing supervisory position (including Clinical Supervisor role) with minimum 3 years clinical experience in an acute care nursing setting.
