Responsibilities

- Manage calendars and schedules for team members, coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle vendor management tasks, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation of office activities.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication within the office.
Experience
- Proven experience in medical office management or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong background in office management with demonstrated organizational skills.
- Proficiency in calendar management and schedule coordination.
- Experience supervising staff or managing teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
