Cache Information Systems is seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support both the Founder and the business with day-to-day logistics, coordination, and operational follow-through.
This role exists to remove friction from leadership and operations. If the Founder or leadership team should not be doing it, this role owns it.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position that blends personal logistics, business coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, organized, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Logistics Support
- Coordinate and manage personal logistics for the Founder
- Schedule and handle vehicle logistics (drop-off/pick-up for car wash, detailing, service, dealership visits)
- Run errands and manage shopping, returns, and supply pickups
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, and time-sensitive tasks
- Handle ad-hoc requests with discretion and urgency
Business & Operations Support (Cache)
- Take notes during meetings and track action items
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and offsite logistics
- Manage office supplies and small equipment purchases
- Assist with vendor coordination and scheduling
- Pick up/drop off equipment, keys, documents, or materials
- Support project managers and the operations team with logistical tasks
- Follow up on tasks to ensure completion and accountability
Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Maintain task lists and priorities for leadership
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors
- Keep basic records related to errands, expenses, and schedules
- Assist with travel logistics when needed

- Prior experience in operations, admin, hospitality, real estate, or executive support preferred
Schedule & Location
- Part-time or Full-time available
- Mostly weekday support with occasional flexibility
