Office Assistant-Park Headquarters
Pay: $12/hr
This Office Assistant Position is intended to operate under both Park HQ (Office Manager and Full Time Office Assistant I) and the Accounting Office (Office Assistant II and Accounting Technician). In the position the employee will have the following duties
- Will perform clerical and administrative functions necessary in the Park HQ and Accounting Offices. This will include but not be limited to: Computer work, coding invoices, payroll, correspondence, employee attendance & leave, purchase orders, bookkeeping, writing letters, credit card procedures, vendor registration, receiving reports, inventory management, completing various reports, both bid and contract purchasing, volunteer agreements & associated memorandum of understanding, vendor park use agreements, management of personnel information, file backup, filing, fax, etc.
- Answer Park HQ phone with correct etiquette and act as a customer service representative.
- Provide up to date and correct information to the public.
- Deal with customer concerns and complaints.
- Keep the office stocked with adequate brochures and public information.
- Keeps all offices at the park headquarters organized and stocked with supplies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all written and verbal information and communication which is seen, heard or takes place in the park headquarters.
- Employee may be temporarily assigned to work in other departments.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Primary Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5 pm. Some evening, weekend and holiday work may be required.
