Please visit our web site at www.cabotrisk.comThe Sales Coordinator will be an integral member of the sales team and will have the primary responsibility for marketing materials and efforts and will provide support to the Marketing and Sales Team. Ability to work independently and be self-directed. Proficiency in a broad range of software programs including intermediate to expert level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to Sales TeamPrepare weekly marketing packetsMarketing season: Create mail merges for two-year rate guarantee letters and renewal letters and maintain renewal letter lists as signed letters are returnedMaintain prospect marketing packetsManage bid process and coordinate with sales executives and underwritingMaintain bid proposal calendarPrepare bid proposal packet for each bidMaintain contact database/CRMManage and brand letterhead, PowerPoint, Word and Excel templates for sales team useAssist with presentation creation for client and prospect meetingsBind and copy presentations for meetingsGraphic Design - creation of graphics for company use including visual aids, infographics, promotional items, marketing materials, etc. Minimum Requirements:The following are required to enable the employee to perform the essential functions of the job.Skills/knowledge – Above average written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task is essential. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are a must. Must be able to produce high quality work under tight deadlines. Sound interpersonal skills are essential. Must be comfortable learning new computer skills and programs. Experience/education – Three years of administrative experience or equivalent preferred. Prior experience creating and proofing proposals, presentations, letters, etc. Experience in Graphic Design and Print Media is desirable.
