Physical Therapy Aide

Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapist in addressing patients’ goals and needs.
- Support in providing cost-effective treatments to enhance clients’ motion and mobility.
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment sessions to optimize their functionality
- Assist in promoting healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment on a regular basis.
-Provide office assistance with the ability to schedule patients, answer phones, and direct patients to the appropriate individuals to answer their questions.
Qualifications:
- Experience or coursework in outpatient, geriatrics, or orthopedics settings is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information about modalities, treatment, and exercise.
- Passion for patient care and improving quality of life
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus
