What You’ll Do

• In partnership with the department manager, develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Maintains staff by interviewing, selection and hiring.
• Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s systems and processes.
• Trains new and existing employees.
• Accomplishes department objectives by planning, assigning and directing work.
• Provide supervision and technical assistance to team members to attain departmental and organizational goals
• Coaches, counsels, and address employee performance and corrective action plans on a timely basis.
• Authoring and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals
• Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Demonstrated experience in team management, recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients, staff, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Exceptional accuracy in managing invoices and supporting documentation.
• Highly reliable, demonstrating integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in electronic billing systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Maintains a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates confidence and sound judgment in making timely, independent decisions.
  
  

The wage range for Billing Supervisor is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00.
