What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Repair Technician position at Cable's Roofing?
Cable's Roofing is looking for a roofing technician to join our team at our Tyler, Texas office. This person will have a variety of duties, including doing roof repairs (residential and commercial) (flat and sloped roofs), warranty work and work on commercial job crews.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments and with technical roofing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-time, in-budget, quality projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
- Manage resources - Under the direction of the Project Manager, coordinate with internal teams to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in technical roofing aspects.
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for driving results
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
