Responsibilities

• Oversee the night shift operations at the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests arriving or departing during overnight hours
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a warm, professional experience in multiple languages if applicable
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with guest requests
• Maintain security protocols by conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring safety procedures are followed
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to support hotel operations and audits
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility concerns during the night shift

Experience

• Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially in front desk or guest services roles
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations management
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel environments
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on security and guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during overnight hours
