Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead a high-performing fixed operations department. This role is ideal for a leader who values process, thrives on coaching, and takes pride in building strong relationships with both employees and customers. The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of the service department to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and outstanding customer experiences.

The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of the service department to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop service managers, advisors, and technicians to meet goals for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and repair quality.
- Implement and maintain consistent service processes that ensure efficiency, compliance, and transparency.
- Manage departmental finances, including budgets, expense control, and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with parts, sales, and BDC teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as labor hours, RO counts, and CSI scores, and take action on improvement opportunities.
- Build a culture that supports continuous learning, accountability, and team engagement.
- Ensure all safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Act as a visible leader in the service drive, engaging directly with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven success managing a high-volume service department with a focus on quality, process, and people.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, coaching approach.
- Financial acumen and understanding of departmental P&L performance.
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
