Service Advisor
Location: Cable Dahmer Chevrolet - 555 103rd St, Kansas City, MO 64114
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 annually, transitioning to full commission after a 90-day guaranteed period
Full-Time | Some Saturday Availability Required
Cable Dahmer is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in automotive service. Prior dealership or service experience is a plus, but candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a professional, consultative service experience
Communicate vehicle service needs and recommendations clearly to customers
Create and manage service orders, estimates, and work authorizations
Follow up on customer inquiries, service reminders, and appointments
Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Build relationships that generate repeat business and customer loyalty
Work toward and meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive service is preferred but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Self-motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction and career growth
Valid driver’s license
