Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts.
- Accurately process orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and order accuracy.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Keep detailed records of parts sales and returns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering knowledgeable advice.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely part availability.
- Stay updated on new Cadillac parts, accessories, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive parts sales or inventory management preferred.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle components; Cadillac experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
