Compensation: $3,400 monthly guaranteed (paid as a draw) competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses

Cable Dahmer is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive sales team.

With steady customer traffic, inbound leads, and hands-on leadership support, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while building a strong and consistent income.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery
Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner
Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Work toward and achieve sales goals and performance expectations
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles preferred
Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or other high-interaction environments are a strong fit
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Motivated to grow income and develop within a performance-based role
