Must have the ability to identify various finishes and wood species. Must have excellent attention to detail Must have good team work/communication skills. All team members will be expected to be active members of the department including participating in safety programs, attending daily meetings with the leads, taking direction from supervisors & leads, and being flexible to move within the department and plant as required by production demands.
