Primary Responsibilities
- Write up order tickets from move tickets.
- Pull and set up parts for drawers according to orders.
- Attach drawer hardware to the boxes.
- Attach drawer to drawer head, construct box.
- Restock hardware and supplies.
- Move carts of cabinet parts/drawers within drawer department and over to the build lines.
- Will be required to learn and perform all job functions of the drawer department.
- Understanding of parts needed to assemble drawers or willingness to learn.
- Willing to learn table saws and various hand tools/equipment as needed.
- Must be or willing to be saw certified.
- Operate drawer box press.
- Must have the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Throughout the day the position requires constant lifting, carrying, reaching, and bending.
- Good attendance and communication skills required.
- Must be able to work in a team environment with positive behavior and show strong initiative.
