Specialty Wood Craftsman

About the Role

Cabinetry & Millwork Concepts is hiring a skilled Specialty Craftsman to join our high-performance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives on precision, and enjoys building one-of-a-kind architectural millwork pieces. You’ll be responsible for producing custom items such as reception desks, display cases, low wall assemblies, and other specialty components for medical, educational, and financial workspaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret shop drawings and build specialty items to exact specifications
• Fabricate unique and complex assemblies with minimal supervision
• Work in close coordination with project managers and shop leadership to ensure quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Contribute to a culture of performance, hustle, and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural millwork or specialty casework fabrication
• Demonstrated ability to build complex, non-standard items with a high degree of craftsmanship
• Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and custom jigs
• Strong understanding of materials, joinery, and millwork construction methods
• Ability to read and work from detailed shop drawings
