What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Insulation Installer position at Cabinet Peaks Foam?
Cabinet Peaks Foam is looking for a lead installer to run insulation jobs in the Libby and Lincoln County area.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be working in the field every day while leading a small crew (usually 1–2 people). Most of the work is fiberglass batts and blow-in insulation, with some opportunity to be involved in spray foam.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a small crew on residential and light commercial jobs
- Install batt and blow-in insulation
- Keep jobs moving efficiently and done right the first time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work directly with ownership to coordinate jobs and improve processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience installing all types of insulation - batt and blow-in required, spray foam preferred
- Ability to lead a crew and take responsibility for the job
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and basic problem-solving skills
- Physically capable of working in typical construction environments
Work Area
- Primarily Libby and Lincoln County
- Occasional travel for jobs outside the area
