Cabinet Peaks Foam is a growing insulation company serving Lincoln County and surrounding areas. We specialize in spray foam insulation and are expanding our services.
We are looking for a General Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead the business forward.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for making sure jobs are sold, scheduled, and executed at a high level.
This is not a low-responsibility position. This is an opportunity to run and lead a business
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Leadership & Operations
- Lead daily operations of the company
- Direct and communicate with installation crews
- Ensure jobs are running efficiently and on schedule
- Solve problems quickly and keep work moving forward
Sales & Customer Relationships
- Meet with contractors and clients
- Prepare estimates and close jobs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key builders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Project Management
- Schedule jobs and coordinate crews, materials, and timelines
- Manage job flow from sale through completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard
Quality Control
- Inspect work and ensure high-quality results
- Maintain strong reputation with contractors and clients
- Address issues immediately and professionally
Business Performance
- Track job performance and basic financial metrics
- Maintain a steady pipeline of work
- Meet weekly with ownership to review performance and priorities
Hands-On Expectations (Important) This is NOT a desk-only role.
- You must be willing to step in and support the crew when needed
- You will be expected to learn spray foam installation
- You should be comfortable working both in the field and in an operational role
